Five ways in.

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis and ends with something shipped.

FOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

How does an engagement start?

With a diagnostic, every time. We read everything that touches revenue: the funnel, the spend, the team, the numbers. It ends in a written diagnosis and a ranked plan with the math behind each move. If one fix is obvious by then, we ship it inside the diagnostic. Then you decide about ongoing work. If the plan is enough on its own, keep it and run it yourself.

How long does an engagement take?

The diagnostic runs about two weeks. After that, the shape depends on what it found. Builds are scoped up front and end when the scope ships. Ongoing work runs on a weekly operating rhythm and a monthly numbers review, and it continues only as long as it keeps earning itself. We build the engine to run without us. The goal is for you to hire us out of the job.

Who does the work?

The people who run the diagnosis stay on the engagement: the weekly operating rhythm, the builds, and the monthly review. Nothing is handed to a team you have not met. Builds ship from the same firm that wrote the diagnosis, so a line in the plan that says "fix the homepage" ends as a live homepage. Your existing agencies and vendors get pointed at one plan and reviewed by people who have done their jobs before.

How do you price?

The diagnostic is a fixed fee. A build is scoped and priced before we start. Ongoing work is a flat monthly retainer with a defined scope, so there are no surprise invoices. We don't bill by the hour. Engagements are scoped by outcomes and cadence.
